This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, financial performance, capital structure, dividend policy and institutional ownership towards firm value. The population used in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2020. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling that generated of 107 sample. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that financial performance has a positive effect on firm value, while institutional ownership has a negative effect on firm value. intellectual capital, capital structure and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.
