The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of political connections, corporate governance, and managerial ownership structure on market performance with financial performance as an intervening variable. The sample selection in this study was conducted by the purposive sampling method. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2020. Based on the criteria, obtained as many as 114 pieces of data into the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially political connections have no effect on financial performance, corporate governance has a negative effect on financial performance, managerial ownership has a positive effect on financial performance, political connections do not affect market performance, corporate governance does not affect market performance, managerial ownership has a negative effect. on market performance, financial performance has a positive effect, financial performance is unable to mediate political connections to market performance, financial performance is unable to mediate corporate governance on market performance, and financial performance can mediate managerial ownership on market performance.
