Expense and time planning and control is a part of construction project
manajement. Beside the value of quality, the project achievement can be
valued by the time and expense. The deviation can be valued by the time and
expense. The deviation expense that has been incurred and time that has
been spend to finish the project should be measured continuously towards the
plan. The aim of this research is to know the performance and the prediction
of finishing time using earned value method.
On road improvement at Gentawangi street - Gerduren is planned to
finish at 27 weeks. In the implementation, during the process from the first
week until the seventh week, project has postpone. At the eighth week until
twenty seventh week, the process has improvement. During the process at the
first week until twenty seventh week, the first week until twenty seventh
week, there is difference between schedule plan and the process. It also
happen to the expense of the project.
