Various information and management of current agency management are very
supportive to be developed into a system that relies on technological advances.
One example is the field of information technology and data processing. Currently
a form of information and data can be made according to what we want, and there
are so many opportunities that can be utilized for its development. Vehicle
washing services are a business in the field of services needed by the people of
Indonesia, especially for those who lack time and are lazy to wash their own
vehicles. The current state of society, especially Cilacap, is busy and has busy
working hours. Therefore, the people of Cilacap need a vehicle in their daily
activities, one of which is a car. When the car is used too often in daily activities,
the car will experience a decrease in comfort in the interior and exterior of the car.
With this comfort, it is affected by a car that is getting damaged. This problem is
influenced by the people of Cilacap who do not have time to service their cars
every day. The work holiday should be used for car service, but the people of
Cilacap feel lazy because they have to queue for car service. Based on these
conditions, this research requires a fast and accurate information system to be able
to improve the service of a car service application that makes it easier for the
Cilacap community to clean the interior and exterior of their car without having to
go to a car service center. With the final result to be achieved in this study is a
mobile-based car service application which is expected to assist the management
in providing optimal service to customers
