This study aims is examine the effect of leverage and profitability on company value wit company size as a moderating variabel. This resseacrh is a quantitativw research. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the company’s annual financial statements. The population used in this study are Jakarta Islamic Index (JII30) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with pooled unbalance sample obtained 30 companies as sample with 100 data observations. The data analysis method used logistic regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program. The result of this study indicate that leverage has positif effect on company value profitability has no effect on company value, company size has no effect on company value. Company size is able to moderate leverage to company value, and company size is not able to moderate profitability to company value.
