This study aims to prove the effect of a performance-based budgeting system, an internal control system and the application of e-government on the quality of the Central Java regional government's financial reports for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used was census sampling / saturated sample and obtained 39 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The quality of local government financial reports in this study was measured using a checklist. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the budgeting system has a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports, the control system has no effect on the quality of local government financial reports, and the application of e-government has no effect on the quality of local government financial reports.
