The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of family environment, self-efficacy, and
motivation ou interest in entrepreneurship. The research used quantitative approach. The
population in this study were FEB UMP students. The technique of determining the sample in
this study used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Stratified Random Sampling is a
sampling technique by taking into account a level (strata) in the population elements. The
sample used in this study were 300 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously and partially the family
environment, self-efficacy, and motivation affect the interest iu entrepreueurship. The magnitude
of the influence of the family enviromnent, self-efficacy and motivation on the interest in
entrepreneurship is 50,3%
