Abstract

Post harvest drying of agricultural product still uses sunlight which aims to reduce humidity. Making a prototype of an automatic agricurtural dring machine using STM 32 3-5kg aims to make it easier for farmers to dry agricurtural products. This tool is built using STM 32 as the main tool control system, a DC motor as a propeller in the tube and is also equipped with an AHT 10 sensor which function to detect the water content of agricurtural products, an LCD to display the results of the drying process and a fan to regulate room temperature. From the results of research using an automatic dring machine prototype it takes time to dry 1 kg of grain in 10 minutes at a temperature of 45°C with a decrease in water content of 44%, corn 0,5 kg in 11 minutes with a decrease in water cpntent of 38% at a temperature of 45°C , peanuts 0,5 kg 15 minutes with a decrease in water content of 38% with a temperature 46°C . The results obtained from that time agricurtural products have dried up.
