Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, work motivation, level of education on work performance of employees of the Banyumas Regency Transportation Service. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the Slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire with 135 respondents from the Department of Transportation of Banyumas Regency. Data analysis used validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. Based on the results, it shows that the variables of career development, work motivation and education level have a simultaneous effect on work performance, career development variables and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the variable level of education partially has no effect on work performance.
