Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Disperindagkop UKM Banjarnegara. This research is a quantitative research using a duestionnaire of 97 respondents to the Civil Servants (PNS) Disperindagkop UKM Banjarnegara. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate theat organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a partial and significant effect on employee performance,work motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance.
