Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of trust, convenience, product reviews, and brand image. The selection of samples in the study was conducted by snowball sampling. Based on the criteria, as many as 90 respondents were sampled. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously trust, convenience, product reviews, and brand image influence purchasing decisions. Partially product reviews and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, trust and ease have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.
