This research studied about the distribution pattern of tofu industry product in Kalisari village, Cilongok sub-district, Banyumas regency. The objective of this research was to find out the distribution pattern for three periods including the first twelve years, the second twelve years, and the third twelve years based on the distribution areas. There were 21 tofu industries taken as the populations of this research using purposive sampling technique to 10% out of 206 tofu industries. The data were collected using interview and anlyzed using descriptive qualitative and spatial analysis with geographic diffusion pattern comparison or geographic distribution. The results showed that the distribution pattern was expansion diffusion. It was a process where information, material and others expanded through a population from one area to another area without leaving other areas. Meanwhile, the distribution channels in this research were 0 level which meant that the products were distributed directly from the tofu producer to the consumers and 1 level which meant the products were bought by the retailers from the producers to be sold to the consumers. In the first twelve years, the distribution was still in Banyumas area, then the second twelve years the distribution had started to expand from Banyumas to Brebes, and in the third twelve years the distribution had expanded to Banyumas, Brebes, and Tegal.
