The purpose of this study was to examine and find empirical evidence of the effect of leverage, profitability, independent commissioners, and concentration of ownership on intellectual capital disclosure. The population and sample used in this study are non-cyclicals consumers sector companies in the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 36 companies with 92 data that met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that leverage has a positive effect on intellectual capital disclosure, ownership concentration has a negative effect on intellectual capital disclosure, while profitability and independent commissioners have no effect on intellectual capital disclosure.
