Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non
Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Sharia
Supervisory Board (DPS) on Profitability. The sample used in this study is Islamic
Commercial Banks Registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2015-
2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 14 companies
and 80 samples were obtained that met the criteria. The data analysis technique
used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Profitability in this
study was measured using Return On Assets (ROA). Based on the results of the
study, it can be concluded that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive
effect on Profitability, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative effect on
Profitability, while the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Sharia Supervisory
Board (DPS) has no effect on Profitability.
