This study examines the effect of locus of control, self-efficacy and self-esteem on employee performance of Klinik Utama Amanda Purwokerto. The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence regarding the presence or absence of a) significant effect of locus of control on performance, b) significant effect of self-efficacy on performance, c) significant effect of self-esteem on performance. Respondents in this study were employee of the Klinik Utama Amanda Purwokerto. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses the non-probability side by using the saturated side technique or the census by considering certain criteria. Data collection using direct questionnaire distribution. The results of multiple refression analysis show that locus of control, self-efficacy and self-esteem have a significant effect on employee performance with the locus of control having the greatest influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.893.
