This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work
enviroment on employee performance. This type of research was quantitative
research. This research took place in the city of Purbalingga, the company that
was used as the object of research was PT SLAMET LANGGENG
PURBALINGGA (producer of davos candy). This study used a sampling
technique that was taking part of the population to become research respondents.
The numberof respondents in this study was 100 people. Data processing
techniques and data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, validity test,
reliability test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedicity test, coefficient of
determination, multiple linear analysis test, f test partial test (t test). The results of
this study indicated that individually and together work discipline and work
environment have a positive effect on the employee performance of PT SLAMET
LANGGENG PURBALINGGA. Work discipline that was conistently maintained
by employees and work environment where comfort needs to be improved wiil
increase maximum employee performance.
