This descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe the forms of netizens' expressive illocution speech acts in the comment section of Joko Widodo's Instagram account about the vaccination program. The data of this research included the netizens' speech acts which were collected using documentation method with reading technique and continued with data noting technique. The data analysis stages were the identity method with the dividing-key factors technique and continued with equalizing and distinguishing technique, while the data presentation stage was the informal method. The results found 6 types of expressive illocution speech acts from 11 expressive illocution speech acts. The six speech acts included criticizing (69 data), praising (109 data), thanking (120 data), hoping (101 data), greeting (27 data), and congratulating (4 data)
