Moral education is indispensable for human life for survival which aims to build human morals in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith. Moral formation can be done in the school environment, supported by competent teachers and good education. But still we find the behavior of students who cheat during the exam, the act of scribbling clothes after the announcement of the national exam, there are students who violate the order and there are learners fighting with fellow friends.
The purpose of this research is to find out the contribution of the school environment, teacher competence and quality of education to the formation of the morals of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Banjar City. This research is a quantitative research, a data collection technique by spreading questionnaires (questionnaires). Samples are taken using proportional random sampling techniques. namely by taking 100 students from all Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Banjar City according to their respective proportions. After the data is collected then analysis is carried out using multiple correlations. The results showed that the school environment contributed positively to student morals by 26.9% with a thitung of 3,818 > t table 1,660 and had a significant score of 0.000. Teacher competence contributes positively to student morals by 38.4% with a thitung of 1,991 > t table 1,660 and has a significant value of 0.049 < 0.05. The quality of education contributes positively to student morals by 36.19% with thitung of 2,547 > t tables 1,660 and has a significant value of 0.012 < 0.05. The school environment, teacher competence and quality of education contributed positively to student morals by 49.4% with a calculation of 31,214 > ftable 2.43 and had a significant score of 0.000.
