The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of size and company size on company financial performance. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 90 samples of observations. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of size have no effect on the company financial performance. Meanwhile, the company size has a positive effect on company financial performance.
