The purpose of this study aims to analyze: (1) Calculation of the ability to pay for parking at Purwokerto Station with the concept of Ability To Pay (ATP) ; (2) Calculation of willingness to pay for parking at Purwokerto Station with willingness to pay (WTP) concept.
The research method uses purpose sampling techniques so that a sample of 100 samples are two-wheeled users of 50 samples and 50 samples of four-wheel use. Data processing techniques obtained from the results of interviews and documentation.
Based on the results of the questionnaire data that was entered, the average value of ATP for all types of motorbike work was Rp. 2684.11 for the first hour and Rp. 974.07 for the following hour, while the average WTP value for all jobs was Rp. 1,270. , 83 and WTP, a progressive rate of Rp. 835.33. For cars, the average value for all types of work is Rp. 5,282.63 for the first hour and Rp. 3,381.52 for the next hour, while the average WTP value for All types of work were obtained Rp. 2,224.00 and WTP progressive parking rates of Rp. 1,115.10. This condition shows that the ability to pay for parking facility users is greater than the willingness to pay, this can happen when the user has a relatively high income but the utility value of the dependence on the service is relatively low.
