Abstract

This study aims to identify: 1) the effect of Microsoft 365 dissemination on
teacher professional competence, 2) the effect of teaching material training on
teacher professional competence and 3) the effect of Microsoft 365 dissemination
and teaching material training on teacher professional competence. This study is
an ex-post facto which seeks a causal relationship, to reveal facts based on the
measurement of the symptoms that have occurred in each respondent.
Determination of the sample in this study is purposive sampling, in which the
determination of the sample is carried out through certain considerations, namely
only class teachers who are civil servants. The number of samples was 37 people
with the results of the research from partial measurements, the percentage of
influence of Microsoft 365 dissemination on the professional competence of
teachers in the Pamuji Korwilcam Dindik Karanglewas Regency of Banyumas
was 48.8%. Meanwhile, the percentage of the effect of teaching materials training
on the professional competence of teachers in the Pamuji Corps of the Korwilcam
Dindik Karanglewas Regency of Banyumas was 53.1%. The simultaneous
measurement showed that the percentage of the Influence of Microsoft 365
Mastery through Dissemination and Training of Teaching Materials on the
Professional Competence of Primary School Teachers in the Pamuji Cluster
Korwilcam Dindik Karanglewas amounted to 55.4%.
