This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, on firm value, as well as capital structure as an intervening variable. The Population in this study is manufacture company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2019. This study uses non probability purposive sampling and based on these criteria financial reporting from 135 samples are collected. The study uses the multiple regressions for the analysis. The result show that profitability has a positive significant effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a negative significant effect on capital structure. Profitability variable has a positive significant effect on firm value. Liquidity has no significant effect to firm value. Capital structure has no significant effect to firm value.
