This research was conducted to analyze the comparison of financial performance before and after the acquisition. The variables used in this study use financial ratios namely liquidity ratios calculated by Current Ratio, solvency ratios calculated by Debt to Equity Ratio, and profitability ratios calculated by Return on Equity, Return on Assets and Operating profit margins. The analytical method uses comparative descriptive with paired sample t-test, the data used in the study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The period used in this study is 2 years before the acquisition and 2 years after the acquisition. The results show that the company's financial ratios measured using Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio before and after, there is no difference in financial performance after conducting acquisition activities, while other variables Return on Equity, Return on Assets and Operating profit margins before and after acquisition, there are differences in financial performance after conducting acquisition activities.
