Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP) is one of the private universities located in Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency. Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto already has B accreditation, and is ranked 2nd in the Muhammadiyah College (PTM), and ranks 6th in Indonesia. Thesis is the writing of scientific work carried out by the final semester students in pursuing their education level, and becomes the final requirement in achieving a degree. The process of the assessment of the thesis trial that has been carried out is still using the conventional method by filling out the assessment form, according to Kotwal, et al. (2017) the assessment process with a manual system often experiences late results, the chance of loss of assessment data can occur. The purpose of this study was to develop a thesis examination assessment system at the Faculty of Engineering and Science UMP in order to become computerized. This type of research is development research and uses the waterfall development model. The conclusion of this study resulted in a computerized thesis examination evaluation system for the faculty of engineering and science.
