This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, leverage and independent board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample of this research is 173 sample data which is determined using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that institutional ownership, leverage and the independent board of commissioners had a negative effect on firm value.
