This study aims to analyze the influence of earnings management, company size, managerial ownership, and board of directors on the company financial performance. The study included all 194 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2016-2019.The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method and obtained 33 companies as samples with 132 observational data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis with the SPSS 24. The results showed that earning management and managerial ownership does not positive effect on the financial performance. Meanwhile, company size and board of directors have a positive effect on company performance.
