The high population growth in the Purwokerto area has triggered an increase in activity, one of which is in the transportation sector, the increasing population will further increase transportation mobility, thus the existence of facilities and infrastructure and their quality will become a necessity. Along with the increasingly rapid development of the times, means of transportation have emerged as a necessity that cannot be separated from human life for a long time. People who want to go to a certain place without using private transportation, then public transportation services such as travel are the right means of public transportation as the choice of society that provides comfort and convenience. One of the travel transportation services serving the Purwokerto-Cilacap PP route is PT. Qyta Trans, whose head office is located at Jalan Raya Beji Karangsalam, north of the unwiku mosque, Karangsalam Village, Kedung Banteng District, Purwokerto. Cost is an economic sacrifice that travel vehicle owners must pay for their transportation services. Cost is also a measure of the level of service, so an objective and accurate cost calculation is needed so that it can be used as a basis for decision making. In this report, the calculation of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) is carried out using the cost component method according to the calculation of the operational costs for vehicle operating costs for part I of the 2005 DPU and the questionnaire method. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the operational cost of the Qyta Trans Travel vehicle for the Purwokerto - Cilacap route for the Toyota Avanza 1.3 E MT 2018 minibus vehicle is Rp. 79,470.88 and for the type of minibus vehicle Honda Mobilio 1.5 E MT 2018 is Rp. 90,222,945 Per Km. So the total vehicle operating costs on the Qyta Trans Travel Purwoketo - Cilacap route are Rp. 169,693,825 per km.
