Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit tenure, hood change, financial distress, and audit report lag. The dependent variable in this study is audit reported leg, while the independent variable is audit tenure, hood change, financial distress. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method and 48 observational samples are obtained. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of hypothesis testing show that audit tenure negatively affects audit report lag, hood change and financial distress have a positive effect on audit report lag.
