Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determined the effect of transformasional leadership, work stress and work environment on employee performance. This study is quantitative research. Saturated samples or census methods was used as sampling method and the result are 93 people as participant which took at the Banjarnegara National Land Agency. The analytical tool used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous). The results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership, work stress, and work environment partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of simultaneous analysis showed that transformational leadership, work stress and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance
