Cash entry and cash expenditure administrative procedures play a key role in managing sound financial management. Thus research is meant to know procedure for the administration of cash entry and cash expenditure at the tourist service in Ciamis Regency. To verify the procedure for the administration of cash entry and cash expenditure, the author collects data through primary and secondary data. Based on the research of the data collection method used procedure for the administration of cash entry and cash expenditure it’s been going according to the proper procedure, but it still a frequent delay in the supply of money due letters of responbility was not handed over to the treasurer in time.
