Abstract

Fusarium Oxysporum, a soil-borne pathogen, one of the diseases that is often found in shallot crop. Trichoderma sp can be used as biological agents to control soil borne pathogens. The experiment was conducted on two treatment factors, namely Thai shallot (V1) and Yellow shallot (V2) plant varieties. And the dose of Trichoderma sp consisted of four levels, namely (R0) a dose of 0 g / plant, (R1) a dose of 15 g / plant, (R2) a dose of 30 g/ plant and (R3) a dose of 45 g / plant. Each combination is repeated four times consisting of 3 plants. Total leaf length and number of leaves were observed every two weeks for 65 days after planting (HST). Plant yield variables such as fresh weight and dry weight of each part of the plant were measured at the end of the observation 65 days after planting. The average difference between treatments was analyzed by the F test and continued by DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test). This study shows that Thai varieties independently affected all observed variables, except dry leaf weight. Interactions between varieties and other Trichoderma doses affected the total number of leaves at the beginning of the observation (14 days after planting). The R3V1 treatment showed the highest total leaf length compared to other treatments.
