The writing of this final report aims to determine the accounting system for cash
receipts for market service retribution income at Dinas Perindustrian dan
Perdagangan Purbalingga City. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan is the
implementing element of the Regional Government that carry out tasks in the field of
industry and trade which is also engaged in market retribution services. The data
collection method used is primary data including observation and interview
methods, while secondary data is obtained from documents and archives belonging
to Dinperindag Purbalingga City. From the results of data collection, obtained
procedures for receiving market service retribution cash, also obtained a computerbased
accounting system along with data input steps, the documents used, and the
accounting records. The role of information technology in assisting market
management is realized by developing a regional management information system
to help automate market services ranging from market services to market
retribution management. The availability of information technology will be able to
avoid mistakes in decision-making. There are still some obstacles in the process of
receiving cash for market service retribution which can then be used as evaluation
material to make it even better.
