Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of relationship marketing,
corporate image, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The sample
selection in this study was done by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 113
respondents became the sample of the study. The data analysis techniques used in
this research are instrument test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical
assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis
results show that relationship marketing, corporate image, and customer
satisfaction simultaneously affect customer loyalty. Furthermore, partially
relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
Meanwhile, company image does not have a significant positive effect on
customer loyalty. Then customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on
customer loyalty.
