Abstract

Implementation of self management system started from preparation of terms reference set by Ppkom,appoint a self-management executive from other agencies, approval, proposal
making, cooperative ofactivities,next payment. Self
management activities was a way of obtaining goods/services done by Ministry/Institution/Regional device,
Ministry/Institution/Regional device other, Community Organization or Community group. Self
th applicable laws and regulations from presidential decree until regent’s regulation. In implementation still stuck
on unavailability flow chart so that there is no adefinite way of working in its implementation.
