Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of website quality, consumer
trust, and e-service quality. The sample selection in this study was done by
purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, there were 110 respondents who
became the sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple
regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of website
quality, consumer trust and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect
on consumer satisfaction. The analysis test results show that consumer trust and
e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction,
but the website quality variable has no positive and significant effect on consumer
satisfaction.
