Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived benefits, perce ived ease of use, service features and trust on interest of using GoPay. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. Data were collected using a survey method, through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted on 110 respondents as a sample that included in the inclusion criteria. This study uses independent variables, namely perceived benefits (X1), perceived ease of use (X2), services features (X3), and trust X4), while the dependent variable is interest of using (Y). The data collected was then processed and analyzed statistically using SPSS. The results showed that perceived benefits has a negative and insignificant effect on interest of using, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest of us services feature has a positive and significant effect on interest of using, service feature has a positive and significant effect on interest of using, and trust has a positive and significant effect on interest of using. In addition, it was found that there were differences in interest in using Go-Pay between male and female users.
