Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Manpower Office, Cooperatives and SMEs in Banyumas Regency. The total population of this study were 109 employees. The sample in this study was 109 employees using the census technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the F test stated that work motivation, work discipline and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on employee performance by 55.7%, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
