This research was conducted for revealing the learning performance of extrovert and introvert students. This was an ex post facto research with qualitative analysis as the research method. The research was conducted in UMP (Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto) involving 12 English major students in academic year 2015/ 2016. The researcher used questionnaire and document as the data collection. The questionnaire used for knowing the students’ personality, it was IPIP NEO personality trait test. The document that is used is students’ GPA (Grade Point Average) to measure the students’ learning performance. Having analyze the data, the researcher found that both extrovert and introvert students are having the same learning performance, hence, there is no difference between the learning performance of extrovert and introvert students.
