Abstract

The use of concrete materials along with the times is very varied. Many innovations were created to get concrete with high compressive strength, both by adding additives and replacing the main concrete material. Many of the previous researchers obtained concrete materials from waste materials that were effective in increasing concrete compressive strength. environmental problems and the need of strong and environmentally friendly concrete produce an innovation in the manufacture of concrete that utilizes rice husks and glass waste as a partial substitute for cement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparation of SCC Concrete Production cost comparing with SCC Concrete Glass Waste and Husk Ash. In this study the concrete quality planned is fc '22.5 cylindrical concrete with the production of 3 samples tested within 3 days of age and knowing the difference of concrete SCC with concrete innovation that is environmentally friendly as seen from comparative analysis of production costs. SCC concrete requires a manufacturing fee of Rp.889,939, - for every m3 while the innovative concrete "Ngapak Concrete" only costs Rp. 771,081, - for every m3 of concrete, this innovation is more economical in production costs by saving as much as Rp.118,858 - for each m3 of concrete.
