Abstract

Along with the development of the times, causing technology to progress. Currently in the field of construction many technologies develop, one of which is concrete technology. There have been many studies conducted by civil experts or students to improve the quality of concrete quality and cost efficiency. Concrete mixtures from waste become innovations that are often put forward. The various types of solid waste used as a mixture of concrete aggregate substitutes, one of which is husk ash, stone ash, and GRC waste (Glassfibre Reinforced Cement). This study is intended to analyze the cost comparison between conventional concrete and waste concrete (husk ash, rock ash and GRC waste) as a replacement for some concrete material with a percentage of husk ash (3%) instead of cement, rock ash (20%) as a fine aggregate substitute and GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Cement) waste (7%) as a coarse aggregate substitute. The mixing method used is SNI 03-2834-2000 with a cement water factor value of 0.38. The test specimens used were cylindrical (15 x 30 cm) with 3 samples with a plan quality of 32.5 Mpa. Concrete testing was carried out at the age of 3 days and then converted to 28 days. From the results of the analysis obtained for conventional concrete costs of Rp. 736,697 / cubic with a compressive strength of 30.5 Mpa and for the cost of concrete waste of Rp. 714,396 / cubic with compressive strength of 33.5 Mpa.
