Abstract

Crime Acts of Embezzlement due to Continuous Work Relationship with number
4 / Pid.B / 2017 / PN. Pt is acriminal acts related to abuse of authority stipulated
in article 374 of the Criminal Code which regulates criminalacts of embezzlement.
The criminal act of embezzlement is regulated in article 374 of the Criminal Code.
In thisstudy, thedefendant, Dewi Primastiari, and PT. Asuransi Sinarmas MSIG
did the criminal acts in 2013-2015, andcontinued it in 2015-2016.In the case of
insurance embezzlement in Decision Number: 4 / Pid.B / 2017 / PN.Pbg, the
Panel of Judges of the Purbalingga District Court had sentenced to imprisonment
for 2 years 6 months by article 374 of the CriminalCode.The research was
conducted to analyze the work relations that led to criminal acts of embezzlement
betweenInsurance Agents and PT. Life Insurance Sinarmas MSIG and to know
the decision of the judge's verdict inimposing a criminal offense for committing
embezzlement due to working relationship in the decision Number.4 /Pid.B / 2017
/ PN.Pbg.This research was carried out in the Purbalingga District Court by
conducting an Inventory of legislation, namelyby using the secondary data.
Library research, internet browsing, study articles, studies other documents that
arerelevant to the problem under study were used to collect the data. Eventually,
they were clarified and studied as awhole.
