Abstract

This thesis discusses how Government Regulation number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages in setting the Minimum Wage of Banyumas Regency. This study is a research with a normative juridical approach with the addition of interviews with related parties as a reinforcement of the analysis of the problems in the study. The results of the study found that the determination of the UMK Banyumas based on Government Regulation number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages there was a change in the provisions in determining the UMK that is in the formulation of the calculation of UMK to determine the UMK Banyumas based on national inflation and economic growth, so the determination of the Banyumas UMK is still below or has not touched the Need Decent living of workers / laborers and their families for 1 (one) month and not in accordance with Law number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Constraints that occur in the Establishment of the UMK Banyumas based on Government Regulation number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages are the differences in views between workers / laborers namely the SPSI Banyumas and the Government of the Banyumas Regency through the Disnakerkop and UKM of the Banyumas Regency regarding the determination of the Banyumas UMK and the review of the KHL every 5 (five) once a year while the prices of people's basic necessities have increased up to 100%.
