Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure, net income,
liquidity and institutional ownership have a positive effect on investment decisions
by using 27 sample companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector that are
included in Islamic stocks during 2016-2018. The data used are secondary data
as much as 81 data from the company's annual financial statements analyzed
using multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) capital structure had
a possitive effect on investment decisions, (2) net income had a negative effect on
investment decisions, (3) liquidity had no effect on investment decisions, (5)
institutional ownership had a negative effect on investment decisions.
