This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure, independent commisssioners and asset structure on the firm value with financial performance as a moderating variable. Populations of this study were food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 periods. Samples were collected using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of data analysis showed that firm size has no effect on earning quality. Ownership structure has a positive effect on firm value. Independent commissioners has not effect on firm value. Asset structure has a positive effect on firm value. financial performance has not effect on firm value. Financial performance not able to strengthen the relationship of ownership structure to firm value. Financial performance able to strengthen the relationship of independent commissioners to firm value. Financial performance not able to strengthen the relationship of ownership asset to firm value.
