The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital, research and development capability, and corporate governance on current and future firm performance which is proxied by ROE (return on equity) and EPS (earning per share) in infrastructure, utility, and transportation sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018 periods. Purposive sampling technique was used and obtained 27 samples of companies with 108 observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that intellectual capital, research and development capability, and corporate governance have positive effect on current and future firm performance.
