Abstract

This study was aimed to know how the values of Pancasila could be implemented through the community organization of Pemuda Pancasila in Banyumas Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were the chairman of Pemuda Pancasila in Banyumas Regency, Secretary of Pemuda Pancasila in Banyumas Regency, and members of Pemuda Pancasila in Banyumas Regency. The Data analysis which were used by the researcher used the stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research that had been done, the actualization of Pancasila values in the Pemuda Pancasila community organization in Banyumas Regency was in line with five basic values, divine values, human values, unity values, people's values, and justice values. These values were actualized through activities in the form of recitation, social service, training, blood donation, river cleaning, environmental advocacy, legal defense for members, socialization of Pancasila values, large deliberations, meetings, counseling, discussions, issuance of membership cards, social action in disadvantaged and outermost areas.
