The purpose of this study is to reveal the accountability model of Village Fund management in Purwareja Village starting from the planning, implementation, to budget accountability stages. This study also uses a type of qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis model of Miles and Huberman (1992), namely data reduction, display data and conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the Purwareja Village Government has made and compiled an accountability report on the realization of budget implementation based on applicable laws and regulations in accordance with Regent Regulation Number 76 of 2018 and there is no revision of the accountability report. In reporting, the Purwareja Village Government has submitted an accountability report for the realization of the budget to the Banjarnegara Regent. However, there are still some who have not applied the indicators of the accountable criteria. The accountability indicator that has not been applied to the management of the APBDes is the unavailability of facilities in the form of filling out a questionnaire to assess the performance of the Purwareja village government.
