The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, business risk, firm size and profitability on capital structure. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained as many as 78 companies as samples. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially the asset structure has a positive effect on the capital structure. While business risk, company size and profitability partially have no effect on capital structure.
