The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline variables, job stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a census with a population of 97 people. This study took the subjects at the Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that the variable work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, job stress has a significant effect on employee performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the variables of work discipline, work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have an effect on employee performance variables.
