Agreement for market stand use between Regional General Company Pasar Satria with seller is a rental agreement which binding the parties, raises right and according to law based on Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata). However in this practice, seller (right holder of market stand use) redeploy the right of market stand use to other party, without approval from Regional General Company Pasar Satria. The purpose of this study is to analysis the implementation of agreement for market stand use between Regional General Company Pasar Satria with seller in Banyumas Regency and to know consequence of law from the agreement for market stand use between Regional General Company Pasar Satria with seller in Banyumas Regency. The Method that use in this study is Normative Juridicial Method with use secondary data. This study indicate that implementation of agreement for market stand use between Regional General Company Pasar Satria with seller is rental agreement. Two parties which related, there are lessee (seller) and lessor (Regional General Company Pasar Satria), both of this has law connection include right and obligation for each parties. Consequence of law of agreement for market stand use between Regional General Company Pasar Satria with seller in Banyumas Regency if the agreement isn’t fulfill, so the agreement it can be canceled or with do a payment of losses to the losses party.
